Treehotel | Sandell Sandberg
Situated in the Swedish Lapland, approximately 50 kilometres south of the Arctic Circle - Harads is the home of the famous Treehotel. A destination where nature dominates and the design of the hotel rooms offer a unique experience high up amongst the treetops. Located about 100 kilometers from Luleå airport this little village has a small population of 600 people.
The Treehotel has several buildings designed by different talented architects. This one, The Blue Cone is designed by Stockholm based architects Sandell Sandberg. This room is a traditional wooden structure with three foundations in the ground to give a sense of height and lightness, but also stability.
The Blue Cone offers contemporary design in the middle of the unspoiled Swedish nature. Forget about the time constraints of everyday life. Here you can simply enjoy the serenity and re-charge your batteries.
The location of this place offers fantastic view of miles of forest and an amazing view of the Lule River valley.
We love the simplicity of the interior design. Here nature will still be the main feature and the inside provides you with the right comfort to indulge and be one with nature.
