We know it’s still early, but lets face it, summer is gone and Christmas is not even 2 months away. But we are not sad, a Nordic winter is really beautiful, the many Christmas markets, the snow, mulled wine, the beautiful light decorations and more.
One place that never disappoints is traditional Tivoli in central Copenhagen, Denmark. They have around 60 stalls of different sizes, selling sweets, hot drinks, food, Christmas decorations, deli items, crafts and more. There is a beautiful lightshow that can be experienced in the Chinese area, a real Santa Claus, fairy lights glowing in every corner reflecting in the parks own lake, a magical fairytale garden and music and entertainment playing for both children and adults.
So if you happen to be in Denmark during mid November to end of December, make sure to visit. And if you happen to be there between the 25-27th of December don’t miss the fireworks festival running.
